To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很久沒來馬鞍山了，也很久沒吃茶木了。當日下午4人來到至今仍然是要排隊的茶木，要了蚵嗲肉碎泡飯($82。整體味道偏咸，已經吃不到蠔仔的鮮味)、阿嫲手作蔥油麵($69。真的咸到不行)、櫻花蝦培根芥末奶油手作麵($73。即使有奶油，都混不淡那個咸味，但其實這個麵都是全部裡面算是最美味的了)、焗飯和小食的香酥大雞扒($62。不過不失，不值這個價錢)。整體而言，覺得水準下降了不少，以前真的很喜歡茶木的手作麵，現在已找不到來吃的原因了。
