香港真係越嚟越多食Omakase嘅餐廳,但係要搵一間可以屹立不倒嘅,呢間都應該係數一數二,原因好簡單,因為呢度嘅質素真係勁高,除咗打卡一流,款式亦都好有創意,價錢亦都相當抵食,加埋呢度交通方便,喺尖沙咀呢一區,所以我每次想食好啲嘅Omakase嘅時候都一定會嚟呢間。第一個食嘅就係打卡好靚嘅combo,有龍珠果、蟹肉toast配caviar、蟹肉玉子豆腐同sardine 魚。重點戲就係個交碟魚入面包住馬糞海膽,上面有魚子醬,本來已經好豪華,但原來師傅會整個泡泡魔術!北海道高木真蠔超大隻,肉質比較脆口,海水味剛剛好。鱈魚白子口感綿密柔滑,好出色。粒貝sashimi都好正。鰤魚燒香咗更香,口感彈牙清爽。松葉蟹天婦羅都係seasonal item之一,幾好食,天婦羅完全唔會有油溢味。壽司就當然好出色啦!食到最尾連個甜品都真係好正,雖然真係食得10分飽,但係個巨峰提子同melon都超甜!
