To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個米線要等一個鐘

是咁的，今日我用Panda點左個爽魚米線12：22落單，聲稱自取時間係12：42，咁我12：40落到間鋪頭到等啦。12：45 問下店員拎得未，佢問左我電話號碼幫我睇下，「未到」。我諗住咁多人買外賣，遲少少都正常既。13：00 再問店員，都係未到，我繼續等。13：15 再問多次，都係未到。佢見我等左咁耐，就問另一個同事（唔sure係唔係廚房同事）有冇我張單。之後佢再覆返我話依家同事幫你跟緊。如是者，我又再等多5分鐘，喺13：21終於攞到我嗰一碗米線。我哋呢啲打工仔，得1個鐘既lunch hour，用左1個鐘時間去等個米線，返到office 個個同事食飽，傾下計／開始做野，而我就仲食緊個lunch。所以，真係唔建議喺lunch hour 呢間譚仔三哥，等左成粒鐘，真係好誇張....
