中環這些地方,人多就緊,但長時間做唔切,就好有問題,兩午餐時間,等位等20分鐘,落單後,次次都要追單,次次都要20-30分鐘先嚟,個個得一小時用餐,倒落口嗎?職員跟進服務欠佳,今天我格離個女士,等唔到走人,十分有問題,米線都是快餐類,如此速度好易流失客人。

今日網上訂咗餐,話中午12點47分可以去攞,一點鐘去到仲未出到,個女經理話今日好多人落單,要等好耐,好多人企响度等,問極都未出得到,終於等到1点半先至出到,簡直浪費人生,等到天荒地老!呢間餐廳嘅管理超級有問題,明知接咁多order做唔切,一定會俾人投訴,都仍然繼續接,有客投訴話要取消單,个女經佢就話即刻畫即刻煮,呢個就係最壞的榜樣,生意係要做的,但唔係咁樣做法,咁樣做會一定做爛個招牌,話过我以後都唔會幫襯呢間管理極度低劣的餐廳。

唯一抵讚是佢底底用了翠玉瓜,厚身而且味淡,配搭鹹的蒜蓉,整體感覺還可以。

Anyway,餐廳 keep 住有新出品,令顧客有選擇及驚喜是好事;從生意角度看,或許「米線」對大眾來說已相對沒新鮮感或市場競爭達飽和程度。要繼續生存發展,有食客幫襯,就要繼續諗橋,始終中環這個舖位租金相信也不便宜吧?!方向走對了,效果口碑及成績又如何?那就要睇之後的造化了。

星期五晚,我計劃了想去食的餐廳,但全部都已經滿座,所以我地決定轉去譚仔米線用餐,希望食完後能夠快點回家。我原本以為這個時間(星期五晚上9點多)譚仔米線不會太擁擠,但我錯了,還是需要排隊,幸運的是等了一會兒就入座了。我地叫左蒜泥白肉和兩碗米線。米線的口感很好,但係我係我自己果碗我覺得有點咸,吃完以後還覺得口渴。蒜泥白肉係我朋友叫,每次去都係必點!佢話非常好吃,肉質鮮嫩,配上酸辣的蒜泥醬,非常美味。總結,我對譚仔米線的食物印象良好,但米線湯底的鹹度需要注意一下。😀中環呢間分店餐廳的環境非常舒適,裝修都比平時靚少少,但服務一般(因為都無理過你😂)。
