Happy Friday來跟朋友chill一chill,食吓串燒!如同店名「高木炭火鳥燒」一樣,店內當然是主打燒物/串物,食物質素好好,令人不自覺點了一串又一串!串物的選擇豐富。安格斯牛:外脆內軟,調味適宜,不搶牛味,肉汁飽滿。牛舌:牛舌厚切呈上,夠爽口,加上少少胡椒辟牛羶味,口感一流。燒年糕:年糕夠煙韌,而且夠米香,作為煙韌食物愛好者,個人表示十分喜歡白鱔:大力推薦!魚皮燒得焦香脆口,而魚肉則帶點彈牙,魚油甘香可口,非常味美。鹽燒豚肉:一層爽口肥膏配一層有嚼口的肉,口感豐富,即使調味簡單,但味道都不錯,略嫌燒得乾身。油甘魚鮫脆卜卜的魚皮包着滑嫩的魚肉,魚肉比例比想像中多。啖啖魚肉夠鮮美,魚味重但不腥,唧上少少檸檬,更見清新可口,值得一試。
