To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐牌都係1人1套餐。最平40幾蚊100克肉類，至百幾蚊都有。所有套餐都配有和風湯、白飯 (可升級做木魚絲紫菜飯)、泡菜或迷你沙律，睇落已好豐富。仲有唔同肉類組合，可以按個人喜好選擇。不過黎到，份量偏細，如果唔係有飯會好唔飽。店內重有多種醬汁比你揀，包括蒜香醬油  、鹽味醬🔹、原味BBQ  、辣味噌醬🔺、韓式辣醬🔴 及 胡麻醬🔸。我覺得最蒜香香濃帶甜味，鹽味個款可帶出肉香，BBQ淨係有甜味。每個醬汁味道較單一，但將幾款混合，個味道就提升好多。現在屯門店等很久，最好上Gulu 攞左飛先，否則7:00之後就要等粒幾鐘，我就等了45mins吃牛肉當然首選，不牛的，都有豬拼盤可以選擇。
