To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔三哥米線，我平日很少機會會去。1、唔太多分店2、沒有儲分3、味噌醬很多但其實我心底都很喜歡，因為佢有一人小食可供選擇。今次因爲有同事極力推薦北角呢間好好食，所以都去試一試。米線的質素都可以，就算點了少米線，其實都夠食，今次點了九小，下次就試一試酸辣。應該都會幾好。但我今次想講一人小食，其實我本想再試豆芽，因為曾經在屯門那間試過，好好味😆但我發覺今次的一人小食餐單變了很多，我唔知係間間唔同，還是有其間限定。不過今次去做緊大特價，有5個小食選擇，兩款豬的小食就定價19蚊，其餘都係12蚊就有交易。我最後決定選擇豬脷。豬脷分量夠，因為我選擇小辣，所以剛剛好。但我覺得花生可以放多點，最衰只可點一款，下次我要試一試令一款小食豬耳😍
