To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日一個人行街，經過元氣壽司，見未到lunch time 冇人等位, 決定入去食個快lunch。我隨意叫到三款壽司，還有我最愛嘅三文魚頭湯，自從生完BB之後好耐冇食過壽司了，今次呢餐簡單壽司，絕對滿足了我想食壽司嘅願望。服務方面，真係有待改善，全場只得一個服務員，叫咗好耐都冇人應，叫餐都係自己走出去收銀機叫人同我落單，明白市道低迷，餐廳精簡人手，但如果服務不足的話，顧客亦不願再次光臨，希望有關餐廳機構可以改善一下。
