To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放lunch 走到銅鑼灣食牛角,見人話lunch set 都抵食就去一試😅,我未食過牛角的🥹,只是平時在奧海城店外晚上都總是堆滿了等位的客人😂12:45唔多人,大約坐了4成位,不用等位就可入去😃,四人枱,坐下看著窗前維園的景色多麼悠閒啊😀Order 了燒肉定食,可㨂兩或三款肉,我㨂了牛板腱,一碟4片,$75,另一碟是網燒一口牛,一碟5 粒,$55,有湯,沙律,白飯/牛角飯(可免費添加)和飲品,加10%,約$150 ,我平時lunch 都係約$80-$90,這餐都算貴😂,我平時都鐘意食野,所以這餐唔太飽🥹,散叫一碟都起碼$55, 幾貴🥹,下次試buffet 會抵d😅牛肉都已不錯😉,點了燒汁和很美味鹽醬,真是錦上添花,肉和醬的味道非常夾👍😋,湯,沙律和熱柚子茶都是有一般的水準🙂
