今日去完醫院探完嫲嫲後,又來到樂富廣場解決晚餐,而今日黎到丸龜製面食烏冬!「丸龜」係先點餐,後付款,再搵一個適合自己既座位開餐,類似FOOD COURT既做法。而我就點左一個牛肉麻醬烏冬($46),牛肉味道類似吉野家既牛肉,配上香濃既麻醬,好惹味!烏冬係重點,剔透既烏冬超級彈牙!個人仲喜愛大加大量蔥同天婦羅碎去加強口感同香味。另外小食亦係自助形式,我就夾左個蝦餅食。彈牙既蝦膠被鬆脆既外皮包裹著,日本既炸野技術就係利害,可以令到炸物大大減低油膩感。不錯!溫馨提示,尊重日本文化,大家食完記得還返D碗碟去返卻口呀!
