To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日只有豬女獨自一人食晚餐,收工後便來到附近的大家樂食一餐豐盛的晚餐。叫了一客黑椒汁西冷牛扒+穌皮素翅湯。西冷牛扒非常厚切,有配料厚切薯條數條及一厚切蕃茄。淋上黑椒汁在鐵板上不斷起滾,已聞到香味,黑椒汁調得不算太濃/辣,味道剛好。西冷牛扒切開口感也頗淋,牛味不錯,配上黑椒汁,很美味。薯條沾上黑椒汁也很匹配。最值得一讚的是那一舊厚切蕃茄,本身已略為煎過,後放左鐵板上靠其熱力再加熱,熟得剛好,沾上少許黑椒汁,蕃茄味攻突出。素翅湯則普通,雖有頗多材料,但味道不算突出。
