To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

打開餐牌其實好想食漢堡包,刺身,又想打邊爐。。。係疫情期間,當然打下邊爐啦~不過係一人邊爐🍲。原價88,加38有刺身三片,餐湯(南瓜湯或者面豉湯),仲送一杯餐飲。甘掋食,當然加啦~忍左一個月,食左塊三文魚、吞拿魚同油甘魚,感覺好開心,雖然魚味道淡淡,但肉質還新鮮。估佢唔到,唔係用Wasabi而係用山葵,而鼓油都唔會太鹹。我諗🤔如果唔係疫情下物流影響,餐廳的魚生應該係好有自信的,能以鮮味取勝。火鍋海鮮都算鮮甜,有青口,同3種蝦,6粒手指尾甘細的蜆肉等等。而估唔到有三文魚腩。本身個窩有白菜、竹輪、豆腐同椰菜等蔬菜,食完先有位落肉類😁。湯底唔會太濃味,好香龍蝦味。有菜有肉,配上珍珠米,食到好飽了!花茶係熱玫瑰茶,無糖,中和剛才的味道。
