To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

課堂間被打敗了，quick quiz 唔識做，心情低落 ，惟有食返d好野！放學後黎到新世紀廣場的千両，已經晚上9點多，幸好人流不多，不用排隊便可立即入內進食！燒三文魚腩壽司很香，燒過後油脂更豐富，入口即溶。更有蘿蔔蓉減低油膩感。筋子壽司顏色鮮明，入口瞬間好多粒粒在口中爆發，十分鮮味！吞件魚壽司好厚，味濃。油甘魚壽司魚味香濃又唔腥，推介。鰹魚壽司表面有些薑蔥蓉，配上鮮濃的鰹魚，perfect match！是餐十分滿足，足以平衡我課堂間之沮喪。
