To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Grove Sandwiches分店甚多，這間正好位處公司就近的長沙灣廣場，即使即是午餐的時間，人流也不多，坐得舒服。第一次食，小人叫了套餐：有一碟意粉、一個蔬菜杯或一個鮮果杯、以及一杯熱飲。先品嚐沙律，除了不可或缺的生菜、蕃茄、青瓜之外，更有紅蘿蔔和黎麥，而沙律汁是西柚醋，份量恰到好處，剛好夠掛在蔬菜上，這杯沙律很新鮮，夠爽口。主食煙三文魚拿破崙意粉也很不錯，即叫即做，不但上枱時還冒著煙，就算食到最後一口還是熱騰騰的！意粉軟硬度適中，裡面混有不少洋蔥及燈籠椒，增添香氣！烹煮過的煙三文魚保存著濃厚強烈的煙燻香，味道方面茄汁味濃，酸酸的很開胃。更值得一讚的是一點都不油膩，食完都不會見到一層厚厚的油脂留在碟底，質素不錯。餐後喝杯伯爵茶，無比的舒服。價錢比周圍的食肆便宜，又沒有太多人，絕對是個一人西餐的好去處，享受獨食的優雅。
