To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次分別叫左兩個各有不同的套餐，套餐包括肉、麵豉湯、沙律/泡菜和飯。🐖 西班牙伊比利亞黑毛豬上肩三重套餐 (豬上肩,牛板腱, 牛五花) $128🐂 壽喜燒牛小排牛五花套餐（包生蛋/溫泉蛋）$148；🐖 伊比利亞豬一向都唔會令人失望，今次份豬上肩油脂分佈均匀，口感軟嫩。牛板腱肉味濃厚，口感細緻。牛五花油脂分佈好均匀，食落去肥瘦肥瘦交替，雙重享受。🐂 牛小排非常之出色，肉和油脂相間，肉質軟嫩有咬口。我地選了溫泉蛋，肉類加溫泉蛋，口感順滑豐富！🍨 甜品我地就選了天日鹽窩夫雪糕，哩個係一個要燒的雪糕！上碟時雪糕仲係急凍狀態，放入燒肉爐燒一燒，雪糕便會慢慢融化，窩夫皮都會更加脆！值得一提的是，燒肉LIKE 冇加一服務費~ 哩樣真係加分！同埋有6款醬料，每款都十分出色。
