To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日收左工之後要到九龍灣買d嘢，買完原本想快快手搵間嘢食就算，但係咁啱見到呢間過江龍既拉麵🍜原來係Tokyo豚肉Base既姐妹店，見到即刻心心眼😍咁啱佢又有位～呢間佢係門口點左餐先入去食既～而且係可以睇到師傅直接俾碗麵你，充滿日式風格呢🤪我叫左：💟【黑豚骨拉麵 $82】上到黎，真係成碗都黑黑地，但係味道絕對係一流～豬骨湯底好濃好濃，但係就幾鹹，要不時飲水🤣麵條軟稔得嚟又爽口，正👍🏻👍🏻而且豬腩肉真係邪惡滿分，滿滿既油脂🥺流心蛋都恰到好處，浸落湯食或者單食都好味😋但係，份量真係好少⋯⋯我自己本身已經唔係胃口大既人，但係食完都仲可以翻屋企食多個包😅😅而且感覺俾多舊肉都唔過份，因為本身麵都唔係平。我見在場既人都有叫多份小食，但係小食就唔係好抵。

上到黎，真係成碗都黑黑地，但係味道絕對係一流～豬骨湯底好濃好濃，但係就幾鹹，要不時飲水🤣麵條軟稔得嚟又爽口，正👍🏻👍🏻而且豬腩肉真係邪惡滿分，滿滿既油脂🥺流心蛋都恰到好處，浸落湯食或者單食都好味😋

但係，份量真係好少⋯⋯我自己本身已經唔係胃口大既人，但係食完都仲可以翻屋企食多個包😅😅而且感覺俾多舊肉都唔過份，因為本身麵都唔係平。我見在場既人都有叫多份小食，但係小食就唔係好抵。
