To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 期待已久,終於都約齊人一同到訪呢間主打精緻粵菜嘅大班樓;餐廳裝潢以簡約為主調配上水晶燈,坐落空間感十足。待應都係老牌元老級,服務相當貼心,當晚亦令到我哋成餐飯都充滿笑聲之下結束。大班樓臭豆腐$128臭豆腐由細細個响街邊食,長大後係台灣旅行時晚晚都食一盒,到而家臭豆腐居然會變咗一碟登上大班樓必點菜式之一。熱辣辣炸出嚟配上兩款醬汁,呢個臭口腐可以話係人生食過最有誠意到地道嘅菜式。臭豆腐裡有鹹魚同馬蹄,將呢舊酥炸程度極高臭口腐放到口腔時個陣臭味湧出嚟真係令人回味無窮。雞油花雕蒸花蟹配陳村粉$850終於都試到呢隻蟹,待應一擺低時已經聞到花雕酒嘅味。而個汁據說係以雞油同蜆汁精華製成!配上又滑又掛汁嘅陳村粉,而且隻蟹真係超級鮮,連蟹膏都係又濃又甜嘅味道。我哋呢隻$850係細size都份量十足。梅肉桂糖醋一字排骨$300呢個一字排又係大班樓另一傑作!咬一口肉排後啲肥膏真係會爆汁咁湧出嚟,糖醋汁有精心製作過,食到入面有好多層次嘅味道,連配菜上嘅薑都好好味。龍井煙燻米鴨配黑糖羅望子醬$198煙燻嘅味道走入到每一寸鴨絲中,已咗骨嘅關係食起嚟啖啖肉, 黑糖羅望子醬層次豐富既酸甜滋味。而且個皮嘅油到口腔會瞬間
