To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友去Delifrance食下午茶。我吔三個一人叫咗一份雪糕牛角包，$39/1，凍奶茶加$4，熱咖啡唔洗加錢。雪糕牛角包好好味，但雪糕溶得快，所以要食快啲。奶茶有啲苦，啲糖漿黏在杯底，好難攪勻。而咖啡都係太苦，加咗幾包糖都苦。餐廳服務態度一般，在收銀櫃的收銀員只顧聊天，我去到都唔理我，等咗一段時間先落到單。送餐好快，落咗單唔夠5分鐘已經送到。餐廳好大，環境整潔，好容易揾位。而且座位舒適，不錯。總的來說，餐廳無論在食物質素、服務態度和環境都有一定水準，值得推薦。
