To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實今次本來係馬鞍山諗住搵野食,但係區內大部分餐廳都已經食過哂,所以諗住試下其他野之前一直都有去開科學園食野,貪佢環境好,交通都算方便(不論是自駕定係搭交通工具),所以就去呢到啦!今次去到等位都需要一D時間,不過又無咩所謂,門口又有雜誌可以睇,又有WI-FI(科學園提供),,問題不大入到去,更係睇睇有咩食啦,都係普普通通咁,就叫D之前未食過既 (所以得好少)第一道:呢個炸豆腐外脆內滑,不過稍為油左少少,總體上都好味,夠哂熱咁上碟第二道:又係炸野 呢個D蠔就唔算特別大隻,但係食落去鮮鮮地,味道夠補,不過都係果句,外表都係油左少少今次影得好少相,就算食左都無影低 所以分享住咁多先啦,下次再有機會發表更多!
