To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有時唔使湊小朋友自己慢慢食嘢享受人生✌🏻都幾鍾意去元氣 又係食咗好多嘢冇影相最記得嗰日食咗⭐️黑椒鹽燒三文魚壽司，三碟一向都鍾意半熟半生嘅三文魚有肉感又有刺生感仲要配上黑椒做襯托，好正！ 之後食咗⭐️螺片壽司，又大塊又爽口，配上青檸，味道清新！之後試我是埋⭐️海老蝦壽司，冇記錯係呢個名，肉質厚實非常鮮甜！ 之後仲叫咗佢哋嘅⭐️腐皮烏冬，好似都係20幾蚊一碗，超抵食！最後享受埋⭐️抹茶芝士蛋糕！ 冇諗過入嚟食壽司，呢一個係我非常滿意嘅一款食物～ 最面頭有抹茶粉苦苦的但薄薄的一層，不用怕因為下層的抹茶芝士蛋糕非常好味不太甜，再配上面頭上的抹茶粉是絕配😳💚🤩🤩下次去元氣壽司非常推介，大家必食抹茶芝士蛋糕🍰

一向都鍾意半熟半生嘅三文魚有肉感又有刺生感
