今天一個人食午餐,很想吃拉麵,去到銅鑼灣這條街,最多各式拉麵選擇,被門口海報吸引,進去點了,湯底是用蜆和雞造成的,騰騰的拉麵端上來了,先試一口湯是食拉麵的定律,果然,很有蜆的鮮甜味,叉燒是火炙過的,很香口很軟滑,最有驚喜是溏心蛋,香甜豉油浸得很入味,蛋黃 Creamy香滑。叉燒上面有黑松露醬,松露醬混和在湯裏面,湯便變成祇有黑松露味,這點可能店家未有留意到。總括來說,這碗米芝蓮一星拉麵,名不虛傳,有心之作。
