To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日下午4點幾經過號間日式燒肉食，唔洗拎籌就可以直入。平時晏少少既時間去到已經無得派籌添，價錢平又可以自已燒肉。佢有好多獨立座位，一個人食都唔會唔好意思，因為身邊好多都係一個人主要用手機掃 QR code落單，好多就送到你面前。簡單叫左個壽喜燒牛肉加一罐肥仔水。總共$60，好抵食....燒肉套餐本身有一碗飯、味噌湯、沙律或泡菜、生蛋一隻..不過我覺得個湯好難飲，好淡既味，唔飲都無所謂。0另外枱面有好多調味料可以自已加落飯或肉度。牛肉大約有7塊，飯可以選大、中、小飯。不過燒既時侯唔好掛住玩電話，因為一唔覺眼就會燒濃d肉...雖然肉類唔多，但整體食物質素都唔錯，一個人都可以燒肉*餐廳不收現金，只收電子貨幣。

不過我覺得個湯好難飲，好淡既味，唔飲都無所謂。0
