To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實自己一個更開心...最近看到關於港男女與大家樂焗豬扒飯的故事,其實相當有感覺。本人每次到大家樂只會吃 - 一哥焗豬扒飯,其餘的劣食我毫不感興趣。今天,是我到temporary site的first day,懷著戰戰兢兢的心情待到一時許,結論就是食自己,便獨自步行至大家樂: 焗豬檸樂系度食啊丫姐! 不消五秒已打好單,交單後三秒便準備好焗豬,再過廿秒連檸樂也ready,Taylor既scientific management theory套用在大家樂上simplify work task,令顧客不消半分鐘便能取餐,果真利害!先回到焗豬,銅鑼灣店售$45元(連檸樂),基本上每定的味道也是一樣,用上大量鮮茄醬加洋蔥和菠蘿,飯上放了一塊厚切(我對厚切一詞有所保留)豬扒,以及芝士置頂焗製,使成為大家樂的signature。鮮茄醬微酸且甜,調味做得不錯,味濃但又不應油膩。數十元的豬扒亦不求太多,該有的味道是有的,亦不會太乾,比茶餐廳的好。一個人的浪漫,你又懂麽?
