To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

招牌海南雞飯（$30）雞肉超滑，唔肥，雞皮微微彈牙。油飯粒粒分明，唔會一pat pat，good。配上三款醬，黑色極濃豉油（偏甜）、綠色薑蔥打蓉（正）、紅色酸辣醬。秘制手撕雞飯（$30）芝麻醬味道正常，手撕雞胸位唔嚡，配有少量青瓜海蜇。但比起海南雞就失色少少。同樣是用油飯。麻辣口水雞飯（$30）麻辣汁恰到好處，唔會過辣過麻，雞應該都係用海南雞啲雞，所以都好滑。同樣是用油飯。三十蚊，食到一個質素高嘅外賣飯，而且份量不少（雞同飯都足），CP值爆哂燈。
