好鍾意打邊爐,最鍾意食牛肉,今次呢個打邊爐套餐,有龍蝦及六至八款海鮮,加埋一每個人三百幾元左右,星期一至四平啲、分時段收費。就算你有幾大食,一個套餐正常人一定食唔晒,如果真係好大食的話,有不停追加其他火鍋配料,一定可以捧住個肚走。先來兩個前菜,麻辣木耳及粉皮,都係辣不過好醒胃。湯底有四款,我食過二款,第一個火焰燒鵝,放少少酒用火燒在燒鵝上,食完燒鵝再加上湯,呢個湯底加$20每位,我覺得冇咩特別;另一個芫荽皮蛋,相當不俗。龍蝦每位半隻,另加其他海鮮,去過幾次海鮮有: 蠔、蜆、龍躉片、蝦、鮑魚、扇貝等等。打邊爐一定要有牛肉、部位是牛脊頸,好有牛味👍。推介新鮮製的魚皮和響鈴,係真係新鮮製,食落去全部脆囗,跟住再嚟兩款栗子及黑松露芝士餃子、魚滑、蝦滑、冬菇釀魚滑、鬼馬油炸鬼。未清枱面食物已經飽,仲有一籃蔬菜,已經食唔落,去咁多次我都未試過追加食物。 飲品任飲,可以試下芒果可樂沙冰、飯後甜品有雪糕、雪糕不是一杯杯是一球球的,香港製造,有益力多、芝麻、芒果及豆腐味,記住留肚食,好正。😬$300幾元價錢打邊爐有海鮮、有靚牛肉、食物新鮮好味、二個字"好抵食"。
