To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢晚得 #小秘書 一個食飯,諗住 #簡簡單單 食碗 #米線 就返屋企。經過「雲桂香」見裡面都幾多人,應該唔差掛😏淨係一個 #湯米線 原來已經要$31,對我嚟講... 有少少surprise,不過我都唔會因為咁,而要刻薄自己唔加餸😅 我要咗 #腩肉 + #豬大腸,走 #酸菜、走 #牙菜,再加罐 #可樂,承惠$55。等咗十分鐘,#腩肉大腸湯米線 終於到。第一啖入口已經覺得 #腩肉 有啲咸,之後再食埋 #米線 + #湯,一樣好咸😖 我仲聽到對面枱個客投訴緊問點解碗米線可以咁酸(心諗好在我走酸啫)。總體嚟講,湯底溫度夠熱,外表睇嚟唔差,可惜味道太咸,唔係我口味囉🥢
