To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 陪朋友考完琴試，之後佢媽媽請食飯諗住呢間貴野應該唔錯la , 點知原來咁差。一睇張單，剩係小點都要$19 -_- 之後叫左d 飲茶ge 大路野，蝦蛟、叉燒腸、奶皇包、小籠包先食蝦蛟，無味的，我諗可能因為無落味精掛，不過d 蝦本身一d 鮮味都無......叉燒腸、奶皇包算係不過不失。跟住個小籠包先大鑊 !!!! 一食就知d 肉唔新鮮，仲食到d 苦味 急凍果d 都好食過佢 之後叫多個粉麵，又係唔掂............ 真係好失望 又貴又難食，呢間都算係數一數二
