秋風起,除咗三蛇肥之外,亦都係食大閘蟹嘅好季節!!等咗成年終於等到食大閘蟹嘅季節,真係好令人興奮~🦀-雖然鍾意食大閘蟹,但係次次都要出街揀蟹,之後返屋企再蒸,再預備薑茶薑醋等等,然後大家仲要食蟹食到成枱都係。雖然食嘅過程好開心,但係清潔嘅時候真係好頭痛,所以今年我哋就決定唔係屋企食,轉場至媽咪朋友推介嘅呢間酒樓到食大閘蟹放題。🥢-差唔多八點嚟到,仲要唔係星期六日,都幾乎全場爆滿,好彩有訂枱,如果唔係真係食唔到,睇嚟香港人真係好鍾意食大閘蟹。-除左大閘蟹之外,每一位顧客都必定會送一客蠔皇原隻八頭鮑魚花菇、凍蟹同螺頭燉湯。另外仲有以自助形式任取嘅薑汁糕、蜂巢糕、薑汁芝麻湯丸、百福豆腐花、生炒糯米飯、北京填鴨、楊枝甘露等等。有別於平時嘅點心放題,佢哋嘅大閘蟹放題選擇冇平時咁多,係一個專門比你focus係瘋狂食蟹嘅放題。-大閘蟹有三種口味,分別係清蒸、花雕蒸同油鹽焗。目測每隻大概三至四兩左右,上蟹上得幾快,我當日食嘅時候,基本上叫完10分鐘內都會送到。蟹膏說不上澎湃,不過d膏頗為鮮甜,蟹肉都扎實,唔係嗰種鬆泡泡冇咩肉食嘅蟹,放題黎講,質素算係match my expectation,唔錯😄。幾

大閘蟹有三種口味,分別係清蒸、花雕蒸同油鹽焗。目測每隻大概三至四兩左右,上蟹上得幾快,我當日食嘅時候,基本上叫完10分鐘內都會送到。蟹膏說不上澎湃,不過d膏頗為鮮甜,蟹肉都扎實,唔係嗰種鬆泡泡冇咩肉食嘅蟹,放題黎講,質素算係match my expectation,唔錯😄。幾款口味當中個人最鍾意略帶鹹香嘅油鹽焗,🧂鹽味有令蟹膏更鮮甜嘅效果

而除咗大閘蟹之外,回本之選仲有北京片皮鴨,🦆片皮鴨燒得皮脆肉嫩,鴨肉油香滿滿,要捉住個出爐嘅時間,而佢哋每一轉出爐都會出好多隻鴨,2小時嘅放題裡面,我一共攞到三轉😊,每轉個啊姐都切好多,仲搭埋鴨腿比我,不得不讚一讚個個瘋狂片鴨片都應該會懷疑人生嘅阿姐。

而生炒糯米飯同埋蜂巢糕都係我嘅心水之選,雖然唔係啲咩回本嘅食物,但糯米飯黏糯濕潤,臘腸潤腸味都好香,蜂巢糕就做得煙韌有彈性,兩款都唔錯。
