To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實一個差字黎形容、都唔夠、睇完電視廣告、主打懷舊餸菜、諗住去一試、點知中伏唔好講嘢食住、座位超逼、我坐一張冇背架凳一路食、一路腰痛、已經逼到想走小店主打少油少鹽、但我食嗰個蒸雞、同糯米飯、鹹到阿媽都唔認得、其實可能一般茶餐廳味道同質素都好過佢、我都係第一次打食評、難食嘅嘢，食得多、忍唔住打食評都係第一次唔會再幫襯
