Steak workshop 位於火炭工廈, 原來己開業5年, 老闆兼大廚仍對他的 Steak 非常有熱情, 亦十分驕傲自己泡制的 Steak及美食, 跟我地分享他的煮食心得還興奮雀躍, 非常難得。Workshop 以私房菜形式經營, workshop 較free, 食客可以走入廚房偷師或跟大廚交流入廚心得, 亦可以自携食物及酒水, 免開瓶。以下是特定的晚餐餐牌 ($350 per head);1.
