To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚跟家人出來食飯,好彩有訂位,如果Walk In就有排等。因為已經有兩個大Function, 佔用了成間酒樓的4/5 位置,只有8-10張檯是食晚餐的。 原本想給屋企人食阿拉斯加長腳蟹,但今日他們沒有貨。期間有職員問,還剩半隻燒鵝皇,問我們有沒有興趣?我想了幾秒,立刻應承。 我們再睇下食咩,最後叫了薑蔥美國筒蠔,巧手煎焗新會陳皮豚肉粒,拍蒜豉味涼瓜炆班頭腩,肉蟹兩隻(清蒸/薑蔥焗)兩食。 先來的是燒鵝皇半隻,味道非常唔錯,有一種特別味道,好彩有要咗佢。那個美國筒蠔好鮮甜,其中有4隻是大大隻,。班頭腩件頭,大大件,又新鮮,值得一讚。至於大肉蟹,我比較喜歡清蒸,非常鮮甜。
