To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天水圍天瑞村，我需要食一個快速的午餐20分鐘時間。我入咗去連餐牌都無睇到，就選擇左一個魚蛋麵。估唔到啲湯底真係唔錯喎，味精之外我真係覺得唔係剩係得鹼水味。面係非常之爽口，質感非常之好。面真係好味，好彈牙。但係美中不足嘅係魚蛋太爽口，完全冇魚嘅感覺。應該係加左水楊酸，所以我就呢個魚蛋嘅品質程度有所保留，但面嘅質地非常之好。
