天氣轉凍最岩就打邊爐,呢間胡爐之前幫襯過,好足料同抵食,所以冬天再去尖沙咀分店打邊爐。湯底:川味酸菜鴨湯鍋$288入面都幾多料 有芫茜,蒿苣, 枝竹,豆卜,鴨肉,但味就偏淡,係香港人都接受到既味道,可以就咁試試佢個湯,如果重口味者 可以自己加d 蒜,辣椒,豉油去添味。胡爐牛拼盤$388牛胸爽好出色,有陣陣牛香味,而且有咬口,油脂同肉比例適中。牛粒都幾好食,唔會有筋啖啖肉咁,牛肉鮮味都重,一啖一粒剛剛好。黑松露墨魚丸 (半份)$52好香既黑松露味,手工打係唔同d,充滿住墨魚肉,好有口感,市面上較少見,而且加埋湯汁,增加風味。牛骨牛汁丸(半份)$48比普通牛丸更彈牙,更有肉汁,而且有少少牛骨增加口感。環境方面,裝修古典中國風,仲有獨立房 可以book,有特色。樓面加安排入座既員工好快手 有空盤就即收走,會時不時主動問要唔要加湯,都幾好禮貌。

牛胸爽好出色,有陣陣牛香味,而且有咬口,油脂同肉比例適中。牛粒都幾好食,唔會有筋啖啖肉咁,牛肉鮮味都重,一啖一粒剛剛好。
