To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說我上完日文堂，就同同學一齊去呢間餐廳：聽聞呢間餐廳嘅粥好好食！我打呢篇文係我去咗兩次呢間餐廳而寫出嚟。a)食物心肝寶貝粥心肝寶貝粥裏面有三塊大塊豬潤、有三至五塊嘅元貝；元貝嘅大小差唔多一盒面霜嘅面積，厚度有兩個5蚊銀咁厚。食落去好滑，豬潤真係好神奇嘅食物：唔鞋不得止，仲好彈牙。雲吞麵雲吞麵同出面雲吞麵差唔多份量，賣39蚊。係粗麵加五至六粒雲吞，雲吞唔算大粒，但勝在裡面有蝦肉同麻油香味重。值得一讚。腸粉腸粉已經幫我地落左芝麻、豉油、花生醬同辣醬：腸粉係布拉格腸粉，食落好滑。b)服務態度今次係一位叔叔幫我地落單，佢見碗雲吞麵好熱，就講明好熱；我地話想要兩杯水，佢就話睇住熱呀。好客氣但好細心。c)價錢價錢方面，老實地講比面較高：心肝寶貝粥加腸粉要70幾蚊。但勝在食物質素好同服務態度好
