To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我經常行荷里活,經常見到呢間野,但都無幫親過.今晚心血來潮又唔洗等位,就入去幫親下.一坐底同內人叫左一飯一烏冬一餸.咖喱牛肉烏冬 - 叫之前我總覺得同普通既日式餐廳叫既無咩分別.上菜後發現碗野簡單但又不平凡.材料好簡單: 牛肉,烏冬,蔥.我覺得不平凡係因為D牛肉多,唔肥.烏冬有咬勁.果D蔥切得好大粒,同個烏冬好配,蔥味無比D咖哩蓋過.什錦魚生飯 - 上菜時一睇,刺身好少,得玉子,三文魚,北寄貝,吞拿魚,蟹子,帆立貝,所有都是粒狀.食起上尼真係柳暗花明又一村,原來中間都有夾集少少刺身,洗到食起上尼都有刺身,好飽滿,好足夠.鐵板牛油露筍炒什菇 - 好大陣牛油味,但食起上離唔油膩. D 露筍好清爽.
