兔年拜年時講開食經,提到疫情告終,多間人氣店已出現訂座困難嘅狀況,連限制多多嘅馬會餐廳「鐵板燒一勝」電話一接通時連候補名單都滿埋,誇張到呢!真係冇諗到嬸婆對跟晚輩嘅對話咁上心,幾日後即誠邀肥肥家族於會所晚膳,感恩之情實難形容。「一勝」位於跑馬地新會所六樓,門面嘅木造屏風設計滲透出傳統和風味,經過電動門彷如穿越時空般,進入裝潢暗黑前衛嘅大廳空間。馬會限定每個會員最多訂六個位,但堂內共有十四個寬闊嘅吧位,均面對著以射燈照亮嘅三個鐵板舞台;一塊鐵板一個師傅,四六四嘅排陣中只有最中央嗰塊鐵板可容納上六位客人。值得一提嘅係開放式鐵板爐前及橫樑上同時安裝有強勁嘅抽氣系統,飯後都唔覺身上有太大陣油煙味,衛生尤甚。吧枱每位席上都有塊金亮嘅餐墊,彷彿正對比著師傅嘅銀色鐵板。墊上除咗有自用嘅餐具及餐巾之外,頂面以金線綁住嘅絹紙印出預訂之十道菜海陸盛宴「ISSHŌ 9」($1,988/位),氣派確真非凡。深知主人家最愛十四代清酒,大肥早就預備定枝佳釀襯托日式美饌。會所餐廳對品酒極為講究,開店時特別訂製咗一批斜口型清酒杯,設計獨特在一邊係用黎聞酒,另一邊用黎飲酒嘅,不過已經絕咗版,想加訂都唔再生產。有得用絕版
