Angelo而家已經去咗ritz carlton到做主廚,但係佢開嘅呢間餐廳今年都仍然有米芝蓮推薦~味道同價格都相對地親民.♦ Weekend Brunch ⋆ $638Weekend既下午只有一款Brunch供應,Cold Cut, Salad, Tapas同Pasta都係all you can eat.另外仲會有一份主菜同甜品。.佢嘅tapas有幾款都幾出色,我最鍾意嘅分別係軟殼蟹、Escargots 同Shrimp and Scallop😍Escargots仲reorder左!.意粉有三款,黑松露risotto有好濃嘅芝士味,但我最欣賞嘅係佢嘅墨汁意粉。墨汁鋪喺底,非常鮮甜,而且仲加咗pesto去煮,都算係我最鍾意嘅墨汁意粉之一!.可惜main course麻麻哋,我揀咗wagyu sirloin 但冇咩牛肉味,肉質亦唔嫩,食到一半放棄咗
