To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好食嘅車仔麵車仔麵由細食到大，而呢間我覺得比較特別，呢間車仔麵係會令我食完一次又想再去嘅一間唔同一般車仔麵，佢哋有唔同湯底可以揀，而且仲有撈麵添。當日唔係太肚餓，所以只係揀咗河車10餸撈麵，冇叫小食，但見佢小食都相當吸引，下次要試吓先。我哋叫咗河車嘅蒜油蝦子撈麵，兩碗都係10送，但係一碗係撈粗一碗係撈幼麵。我哋貪佢有10送，樣樣餸都可以試吓，下次就可以叫返鍾意食嘅餸菜啦。老何十餸有：豬皮，豬大腸，豬紅，蘿蔔，雞翼尖，雞翼，陳皮魚蛋，燒腩肉，魚片頭，炸腐蝦卷。我就覺得樣樣都好味，除咗個豬大腸入邊啲油脂可以清鬼晒佢，其他真係冇嘢可以挑剔啦。因為我哋試咗撈粗麵同埋撈幼麵，我就覺得撈幼麵會吸多啲蝦子，感覺好味啲。
