適逢大閘蟹蟹季我今晚就同媽媽黎尖沙咀食呢個兩皇一后套餐,6點開始就有得食,價錢$398/位(2位起),另加茶芥同加一,8:30後仲有$368。個餐除左「黃毛金爪」蟹,仲有經典嘅前菜,金磚豆腐肴肉。最鍾意蟹粉小籠包,超多湯而啲皮又夠薄。橙汁同陳年彫皇都係飲添。花彫真係好好飲,味道偏甜,同平時飲開嘅酒真係好唔同。跟住就依次上皇,后,皇。公蟹大隻啲,約重5両,啲膏係透明軟身。母蟹細隻好多,約重3両半,啲膏深橙色,硬身,而且更爆膏!果然係蟹季!不過作為食蟹初哥,食三隻都差唔多搞左一個半鐘。食完仲送上一杯薑水。之後上嘅家嫂臘味飯、紅槽菌皇金姿、粟米鮮蝦羹,都唔係好食得落。鮮蝦羹好濃郁而且鮮蝦係彈牙嘅。臘味飯粒粒咬口。甜品係杏仁酥,暖暖地上好滋味。餐廳裝修有270度落地玻璃窗,有維港夜景㗎。仲有露台室外位添。
