Restaurant: Mu Sa Shi Ya Ma

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去到佐敦見到呢間鋪頭以為係小店,於是入去幫襯支持下。坐低睇完menu,諗住叫住三碟串燒食住先,跟住個老闆走黎sell 刺身,今日唔係刺身mood所以就婉拒左。老闆見我唔肯叫刺身,態度180度轉變,全程都無再理過我,茶飲完都無再斟過,淨係同其他有叫刺身嘅客敬酒同吹水,言談什歡。最後主要食左串燒,埋單都千五蚊,不過我諗對老闆太小數目了。串燒質素尚可,刺身就無乜特別,個心未100%解好凍硬硬地 (我最後都有叫一兩碟刺身)。店鋪環境唔係特別舒適,隔離枱講野大笑聲令你去左劈場咁。裝修亦都係好普通。總括而言係overpriced, 唔叫刺身會比老闆無視。
