打邊爐湯底喺靈魂之一,揀咗人氣之選嘅「招牌花膠鯊魚骨膠原湯」,並奉送一小桶甘香泡飯。湯底睇表面就梗喺平平無奇啦,但撈兩嘢就知有幾足料,無正式數,但啲花膠頭頭尾尾夾埋都有成6、7件,仲要件件都好大塊。

講到明足料,就梗唔喺齋得花膠,仲有雞腳同豬手,兩樣都煮到腍,食味唔差喎,而豬手同樣有好多骨膠原添
。趁落火鍋料前,就梗喺先呷啖湯啦,咁精華,點可以錯過呀。確實,個湯底就咁淨飲,都好香甜,夠晒滋補,有種老火湯嘅感覺

多心嘅人就梗喺揀五寶丸啦,一碟過試勻店家嘅招牌自家手打肉丸:牛肉丸、豬肉丸、鯪魚丸、鮮蝦丸及墨魚丸。牛肉丸打到起筋,夠爽口;豬肉丸打得鬆化,混入冬菜,別具風味;鯪魚丸好爽身,鯪魚味濃郁;鮮蝦丸入口寧舍彈牙,極富蝦鮮味;墨魚丸則以墨魚味豐厚為主,口感無牛肉丸、鮮蝦丸嗰類咁爽身。

心思思梗喺想上牛魔皇塔啦,但無4、5個人一齊都食唔晒啦,反而,未試過搵牛肉粒嚟打邊爐。上到枱,啲牛肉粒嘅油花好靚仔,不負霜降之名,店長提醒話比薄切嘅牛肉片灼耐少少,但估唔到,好似我哋穩陣啲灼耐多少少,入口都唔會韌,且甚有油香,肉味亦都不俗,掂喎!

甘香泡飯

桶內其實喺炸過嘅飯粒,就咁食會好硬架,但倒入濃湯後,飯粒變軟,又吸收咗啲濃湯,味道特別正。但有兩點心得,一就喺如果你食嘅火鍋料喺太多肉,令個湯太油,就先撇咁啲油再下湯,其次,飯粒浸一陣就好喇,因為,食到飯粒外層濕濕哋,飯心就煙煙韌,幾有種食意大利飯嘅感覺。

食埋個泡飯,真喺飽到上心口,而成餐飯都食得出店家用料精,唔喺嗰啲任食任飲嘅火鍋可比,當然,收費喺成正比嘅,但你會覺得物有所值。最後,都講少少服務,店員招呼有禮,不時問我哋使唔使加湯(堅喺加湯,唔喺清水嚟),見我成碟都喺骨頭,主動幫手換碟,就算有啲貴價嘅靚火鍋料推介,卻唔會成纏你硬銷,最鬼憎啲酒樓經理乜都話好好好、出面食唔到架喇嚟硬銷。
