咁岩今日入聯和墟睇戲就試下呢度新加坡菜啦,今次黎既目標係雞!因為見之前有媒體介紹過呢度既慢煮雞。黎到店員就好熱心介紹呢度d雞既煮法,係慢煮成個鐘的。所以,先品嘗下星洲雞拉麵,用左店內最有人氣既slow cook雞,煮到岩岩熱,滑溜溜又唔會有血水,咬落肉質剛剛好,唔會熟到韌,果然名不虛傳啊。而個拉麵係幼身的,相對粗身比較入湯味。日式雞絲粉皮,粉皮係偏幼身的,食落煙韌,而雞絲、青瓜份量好多,配埋胡麻醬凍食,果然好有日本風味。紅豆冰,店員推介,果然好夠奶,又多紅豆,飲落好滋味可口。
