To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放工 到銅鑼灣希慎廣場睇書, 想感受下文青生活, 要做文青就要做得徹底, 之後就去咗food court搵咗間台灣餐廳繼續文青生活。見到店員都係講台式普通話, 淨係呢個小細節以令人感到佢嘅食物應該係會非常正宗。我點咗個鹽酥雞便當, 呢個鹽酥雞同平時喺台灣餐廳食到嘅 都有幾大分別, 我覺得 都算各有千秋。 佢嘅鹽酥雞 冇咁多炸粉, 但一樣非常香脆。便當裏面仲有粟米肉粒同埋粉絲, 之前從來未食過呢種配搭嘅便當, 但原來呢種mix-and-match嘅方式 又算係幾特別, 食落都幾開胃。另外 點咗個台式 豬肉腸, 香腸嘅味道係偏甜, 咬落啖啖油香, 作為小食嚟講我對佢 都幾滿意。
