今日約左女友去太子買野,於是就係太子食個晚飯。以前係太子返工,所以都好熟路,今次黎左新開既<<蝦棧>>。 呢度既菜單都好可愛,好有特色。 先來一碟<<枝豆>>,熱食既枝豆係好食啲。 <<醉雞卷>> 好特別,將醉雞整成卷狀兼去骨,令到入口啖啖肉,而且酒味芳香。如果係用花雕酒會仲正,可能我食慣上海菜。 呢度出名蝦煲,所以叫了一個<<鹹蛋黃蝦>>。一煲八隻大頭蝦,入口好有黃金蝦的口感及香味,十分惹味。 甜品點了一個<<南瓜雪葩>>,南瓜味市面上比較少見亦係個健康既選擇,佢唔算好甜,口感綿綿,食到啖啖南瓜蓉,重有好香既奶味添。 飲品點了一杯<<薄荷菠蘿梳打>>,台式口味,入口不會太甜,剛剛好,清清口腔的油膩感。
