To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

牛腩麵真係香港本地代表食物之一，每條街都平均有一間牛腩粉麵店。今次去到天后就一於試下呢間連續兩年2022至2023榮獲米芝蓮牛腩麵值唔值推薦。因為好多食店一上榜米芝蓮好快就會捱唔住加租結業，所以趁熱試左佢！🍜清湯蘿蔔三寶麵 $98★★★☆☆雖然清湯但湯底好濃郁重藥材當歸味道，唔油膩，冬天飲落特別暖身。三寶分別係牛腩、牛肚、牛根。牛腩軟稔入味；牛肚就炆到好入味，保持爽彈；牛根係三樣野入野稍為可惜，軟硬質感不一，有幾舊仲係太硬身，未炆到夠火口。蘿蔔冇渣，唔算特別清甜，可以再炆淋D。🍜清湯蘿蔔牛寶撈麵 $128★★★☆☆呢個價錢咁貴，真係要試清楚！牛寶分別係坑腩、崩沙腩、爽腩，每款都3-4大舊，女仔食量黎講份量多，。幼麵麵質仲係好爽口，食落好清爽，加埋辣椒醬撈黎食一流。最好食係崩沙腩，亦即係牛橫膈膜連著腩肉，夠軟腍，肥瘦算係剛好。坑腩個肉味都濃郁，但就有少少鞋身。最麻麻爽腩，唔算特別爽。整體味道上係OK，但呢個價錢就性價比唔高。🌟總括：可以一試，但未必會經常黎食，始終價錢偏貴。
