To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同屋企人黎呢度食，好彩既係可以找到張卡位坐。我地叫左個過橋米線，大既土匪雞翼。飲品就飲凍奶茶。過橋米線呢個米線兩個人食就幾抵，因為可以食盡各種材料。真係唔錯既，料都無話點小到，個米線既份量都好夠。湯就最正，又辣又麻。土匪雞翼平時雞翼都好大隻，但今次竟然得一隻係大隻，而其餘四隻都好細隻。雖然都幾好味，但份量縮左水都打哂折扣。凍奶茶都係咁好飲，但唔知點解茶有好小既苦味。成本上升就無辦法，但咁樣縮水就唔係太好啦。
