To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔好睇佢係大排檔所以對佢期望偏低,真係好好味。雖然裝修環境真係好簡陋...最值得推介真係要數黑椒豬手:連本身唔鐘意食豬肉既我都對佢欲擺不能,隻豬手除左份量十足外,口感軟滑,一入口即刻feel到係用左唔小時間煮到咁入味第二樣值得推介係臘味煲仔飯,睇得出唔係平時食開ge行貨,一大鍋分出黎,而係分開一鍋一鍋咁炒出黎,d米炒到粒粒分明,勁有咬口!煎餃同墨魚餅味道無乜大驚喜,勝在一起爐就上台。個個一入口就話"好熱啊!"
