To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天送機後到了附近機場搵野食，見到Openrice有折扣，所以到了富豪機場酒店的咖啡室。二百多元的自助餐，食品雖然不算好多，但仍有些值得推介之處。環境就非常闊落，望地下街境。例如：一個四五款食物的咖喱檔，種類還可，但味道一流。睇見他們有印度廚師主理，更加有信心一試。除此之外，亦有海南雞檔，客人可以不限次數添食。海鮮及壽司檔也值得推介，雖然款式不太多。但見到師傅現製壽司，絕對值得一試。最後甜品。。。Movenpick 雪糕任食。出面7仔都$20杯，所以絕對值回票價。有機會除左地點較遠，已價錢黎計係可以一試
