今次一月份富豪機場酒店自助晚餐為星加坡主題，首先有沙津吧， 款類很多，沙津味道好新鮮，又有刺身及 壽司 龍蝦！熱盤有印尼炒飯，肉骨茶， 咖哩蝦， 咖哩牛肉，巴東雞，参巴魚， 豚肉煮印度菜， 泰式魚餅及泰式炒菜等， 最出名係肉骨茶，味道苦苦甜甜，還有美式牛扒食，牛扒食落去好軟熟，不太硬！ 食物種類豐富，甜品有 麵包布丁，糖水，蛋糕，雪糕及水果，我覺得麵包布丁是客人最受歡迎及最多人食。 這個星加坡自助晚餐好吸引， 希望下次有機會帶朋友一齊嚟食。

Highlights included the freshly prepared sushi, tender roast meats. The Indian food section was another standout with rich curries and fragrant biryanis bursting with authentic flavors. It’s our second time dining here with my wife to celebrate the holiday. The restaurant had a lot of seats. We reserved a time slot for the buffet (18:00-22:30). The restaurant staff were all very polite, the food was refilled very quickly, the dishes were collected quickly.In terms of food, I tried the long-legged crab as a cold dish. It’s our second time dining here with my wife to celebrate the holiday. The restaurant had a lot of seats.

We reserved a time slot for the buffet (18:00-22:30). The restaurant staff were all very polite, the food was refilled very quickly, the dishes were collected quickly.

In terms of food, I tried the long-legged crab as a cold dish. The meat was sweet and tasted like sea water. Appetizers include smoked salmon, ham, cheese, salad, etc. They also have laksa which is a must try.

One of the foods I personaly liked was the lamb racks and pork loin with honey apple sauce which are eaqually delicious and tender. The meat is cooked to a juicy consistency without being dry, and the seasoning is very good without being too salty.

Desserts all looks adorable with new items for the holidays only. Overall experience is great! 👌

又係新主題，富豪機場酒店新出歐州自助晚餐，首先有自助區沙律吧，海解四款，芝士拼盤， 熱盤有清蒸魚，蒸潍北菇煲仔飯，青口，羊架， 沙嗲串燒及薄餅等等，味道十分富！之外還有甜品區，例如雪糕，慕絲蛋糕，布丁及中式糖水，食物種類較多，吸引很多客人來幚襯，我景得最好味係羊架，味道好軟熟，加上薄荷啫哩同埋芥辣，很好吃！滑煲仔飯也唔錯，好有火氣，飯比较硬， 值得諝賞，希望有機會带埋屋企人來食！富豪自助餐價錢便宜，吸引好多團體來享用自助餐

妹妹一家請食自助餐， 提議近近地去機場食，從屯門過去都只係20分鐘車程， 順便喺客運大樓影下聖誕樹 。我從沒去過機場富豪酒店， 好在客運大樓一號落車後，沿路都有指示牌，大約幾分鐘路程。餐廳環境幾好，目測7至8成入座率，坐落位置唔擠迫， 最好係今日小朋友唔算多，而客人取食物都有禮貌有秩序。 食物種類雖然唔算超豐富，但係水準都在平均之上，有些甚至讓我有驚喜， 我一家食量唔大，只能傢蜻蜓點水式，樣樣嚐試一些。縱使如此，我只食咗一個Round已經飽曬🤣。我執左碟cold cuts送白酒👍，師傅即做的三文魚壽司及刺身都新鮮， 開邊龍蝦、蟹腳及青口例行必食，炸蠔脆口唔腥，其次是泰式炒菜及印度咖哩有驚喜，太太力讚海南雞同蘑菇湯， 我自己就飲咗個酸辣湯， 夠辣都唔錯， 最後侍應送上一個焗蟹蓋，事前唔知道原來呢期做緊蟹主題， 我已飽到上心口， 蟹蓋食唔曬有啲嘥，但食到滿口蟹味唔係講笑，食埋個movenpick嘅雪糕就完滿結束，除此之外，餐廳的服務也是值得一讚。服務員不僅殷勤有禮貌，對客人的需求都能迅速回應。整體來說這餐是滿意的，尤其是可以喺靜靜地在唔嘈雜嘅環境下，一家人享受一個晚餐。

    最近酒店有個優惠給機場員工，有朋友送兩張優惠券給我試食。全buffet 很齊全。沙律吧有各式新鮮沙律菜及其他配料，例如紅菜頭、菠蘿、粟米、椂柚粒（很清新）等等。另外仲有煙三文魚、薯仔沙律、磨菇等等。食物夠新鮮，選擇算多。有凍海鮮，例如蝦、青口、硯，仲有壽司區和芝士區。賣相不錯，新鮮。熱盤方面有一般選擇，例如蒸蛋、春卷、蒸魚、紅酒燴牛尾、咖哩類等等。因為太多人在熱盤區搵食，所以沒有認真過去那邊取食物。另外有肉車、海南雞飯、日式拉麵，因為是廚師派發，感覺比較良好。甜品有movenpick 雪糕、窩夫、各式蛋糕、芝麻糊、麵包布丁之類。廚師𢳂雪糕要排長龍是常識吧。長者比較喜歡芝麻糊夠地道，而雪糕一定是年青人的主打。由於剛巧遇到有幾個本地旅行團ssss，餐廳充滿人流，食物補充都算快，但真的要用‘’搶‘’來形容取食物過程。比較斯文者便要多加考慮。幸好餐廳方面將團體坐位跟散客分開，尚算貼心。用優惠券價錢來到機場食buffet是可以接受的，但如果用正價或只有少量折扣，就不了。
