To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作為牛角嘅忠實fans,已經嚟第NNN次。首先唔講其他肉類,先講醬汁,好鍾意蒜鹽醬、燒汁🤤🤤配飯配肉都係無得頂👍每隔一段時間就要去食一次,好似上左癮咁😂今次叫左辛味醬汁豚肉、牛肩脊肉、牛肋肉、美國STF和牛牛肋肉、日本佐賀產A5極上和牛牛肋骨🤤🤤基本每個grade嘅牛都有啲,所以係有好大分別😂A5牛呢個價錢真係算平。豚肉嘅性價比又係好高。最最抵食我覺得係牛肋肉🤤有肉味得嚟又唔會韌。服務幾好,好主動問我哋有咩需要,好客氣。環境舒服寬敞👏
